Partner
Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration by CUNEF (University College of Financial Studies), college affiliated to the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).
She worked in Spain for 9 years as a tax advisor in Garrigues, one of the most important tax and legal services firms in Europe, that provides tax and legal advice to many major companies in Spain and other 13 countries.
After leaving Garrigues, she created her own firm in Spain, Zahir Asesores Tributarios, providing tax and accounting advisory, as well as financial advice and other services such as preparation of expert reports for judicial proceedings, preparation of viability plan, etc..
Founding partner of D+1 Holding in 2012, F&B group which has opened more than 80 stores of franchises and own brands in 10 countries in Asia. She was the CFO and Logistic manager since its incorporation until her departure from the company.
In 2018 she incorporated Nexo Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. to help companies establish and expand in Singapore and Asia, guiding her clients to set up and administrate their companies, providing different services like secretarial services, accounting, administration, taxation, to name a few.

She started her professional career at Ernst & Young, as an auditor, liaising with clients and internal auditors of many companies to understand their business, associated risk and potential financial statements impacts. During her stint there, she was also exposed to various industries such as shipping, construction, trading, food and beverage. She was also thoroughly involved in Reverse Take-Over Transaction arising from the business acquisition and conversion from Singapore RS to International FRS.

He is a Public Accountant registered under Singapore Accountants Act since 2007 and is a Member of the Institute of Singapore of Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since 2005.
He has been in public accountancy practice since 2000. He has wide exposure to audits in various industries in Singapore which include the shipping industry, trading company, F&B industry, Construction industry, etc.
Before setting up his own public accountancy firm, he worked in a top accounting company in Singapore for 13 years and held the position of Associate Director when he left his employment. As an Associate Director, he was responsible for managing a profile of approximately 180 clients and 13 staff of the company.
Besides his employment, he was appointed by ACRA on 15 March 2013 as a member of the Complaints and Disciplinary Panel which is set up under section 39(1) the Accountant Act, Cap. 2 for a tenure period of 2 years.
